KUALA LUMPUR – Money Compass Media, Max Capital Management Holding Ltd, uLearnMONEY, and Celik Wang have virtually launched their highly anticipated event, Save & Invest 2021, on July 27 via Zoom and streamed on Facebook Live.

With the theme ‘Managing Personal Finance in Time of Pandemic’, Save & Invest 2021 aims to provide an effective platform and solutions for the local financial industry to reach out to public consumers, investors, and fellow peers, in order to provide financial advisory and solutions.

The event is also providing opportunities for fresh graduates to apply for jobs in the financial services industry via a new job matching platform, MyJOBFY.com.

The features of Save & Invest 2021 include a Virtual e-Fair, Webinars, Interview Sessions, Career Talks, Cashflow & Family Games, and a Video Contest, among many other features.

“We hope that Save & Invest 2021 will help the public especially in terms of financial literacy, cash flow management, and knowing how to build emergency funds and enable them to address immediate financial challenges by matching with relevant financial and digital solution providers,” said Amy Seok, Organising Chairman of Save & Invest 2021.

The event will feature various webinar topics such as personal finance, saving and retirement plan, stock investment, unit trust investment, debt consolidation, student loan, property investment, gold investment and cryptocurrency.

The webinars will be conducted with speakers from various financial institutions and insurance companies such as Prudential, World Bank, Quantum Metal Sdn. Bhd., the Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC), and Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK).

“From today until July 31 st , you can virtually browse the exhibition and visit many companies as well as associations that can help you and share with you on financial planning through investment and saving facilities. There are also career and business opportunities for you to explore in this virtual fair,” said Vincent Nga, Head of Future Segment of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad.

“Furthermore, with the series of webinars that have been lined up, the people will be able to learn from the masters and experts in this industry,” he added.

Adj. Prof. Ts. Maxshangkar, Founder & Group CEO of Max Capital Management Holding Ltd Group of Companies, said “Having knowledge and experience in managing personal finance especially during this pandemic is so crucial since many people were not prepared for such occurrence to happen in their lifetime. There are so many SMEs shutting down, employees losing their jobs, and fresh graduates not being able to find jobs. It is truly saddening to see and hear news like this in Malaysia on the daily.”

“As a part of our CSR initiative to contribute back to the community, we hope the event will be able to generate positive energy to the society and encourage business owners to support and leverage on each other’s resources, while sharing their success and experience to help others to thrive and grow during this pandemic,” he remarked.

The organisers are inviting the public to claim a 5-day webinar pass for just RM 25 at this link: https://bit.ly/3xRFlCW . All participants will also be able to visit every booth at the official platform and earn Touch ‘n Go points throughout the virtual fair.
